Recognizing Mansfield Business Owners Who Beautify and Maintain Their Property
We Noticed! publicly recognizes local business owners who make an extra effort to beautify and maintain the appearance of their business property. Each year, Keep Mansfield Beautiful presents a local business with a framed “We Noticed!” certificate that recognizes their “commendable efforts to beautify the appearance of your business.” By recognizing business owners who improve their property’s curb appeal, we hope to inspire other businesses to take pride in the appearance of their property.
Previous We Noticed! Honorees:
September 2015: Mansfield Bank
Mansfield Bank has long been a bright spot along North Main Street in downtown Mansfield. The bank does an outstanding job with its landscaping, including the grass, shrubs, and flower barrels out front. In addition, the building itself is always in immaculate condition. John Korona, president of Mansfield Bank, credited facilities manager Mike DiGenni for the property’s appearance. “Mike works tirelessly to maintain our property, as well as the bank’s other four locations,” said Korona. “He takes real pride in his work and the results speak for themselves.”
October 2014: Cavallo & Signoriello Insurance
With their attractive new building at 190 Chauncy Street and meticulous landscaping, Cavallo & Signoriello Insurance has set a great example for other local business owners to follow. They business owners made an extra effort to plant trees, shrubs, and flowers and to create a beautiful landscape. Cavallo & Signoriello’s new 10,000 square foot office building at 190 Chauncy Street replaced the original building that was constructed in 1965 by the firm’s founders, Benjamin Cavallo Sr. and Frank Signoriello.
September 2013: Mansfield Crossing
Mansfield Crossing’s newly-renovated green spaces, including the Woodside Pond walk and the picnic area decorated with a potting shed are ideal places to walk, eat lunch outside, and enjoy some fresh air. The shopping center also does a fantastic job of beautifying the mall’s entrance on School Street and keeping the property free of litter.
June 2013: Harbor One
Harbor One perennially maintains one of the nicer looking business landscapes in the downtown Mansfield area. The property is consistently free of litter and stands out as a well-kept property along Copeland Avenue (unlike some its nearby neighbors).
